Hollie is extremely active in the community and is currently the Vice President of the Peninsula Alzheimer’s Leadership Council and serves on the Advisory Council for the Peninsula Agency on Aging. Jay became a member of the Home Instead Senior Care team in March, 2007, and hasn’t looked back since. She is committed to enriching the lives of others and comforting family members who struggle to help their loved ones. Jay explains her reasons for getting into the home care business by saying, “I needed to feel that what I was doing was important. I knew that I had to make a difference in someone’s life. I chose Home Instead Senior Care over any other agency because I believe in what it stands for. The commitment that the HISC team has to its seniors and the commitment it has to its employees go above and beyond anything that I have ever experienced. I love that our company not only provides a great service to our seniors, but also provides a service to others in our community, whether it be through our Education Group Meetings or our Santa program.” “My favorite part of my job is the interaction that I have with clients, family members, and CAREGivers. I love knowing that our clients are getting great quality of care that allows them to stay in their homes.”
