Meet Dora – CAREGiver of The Month of February 2017

February 15, 2017

Untitled design (1)Dora, our outstanding CAREGiver of the Month for February 2017, has been with Home Instead Senior Care for two years. In that short time, Dora has truly lived our Company’s core values of building trust, taking the lead, and sharing her heart. She builds trust through her consistency and reliability – she has never called out of a shift! She takes the lead by taking many opportunities to improve her caregiving skills, including taking the Personal Care course, the Alzheimer’s and Other Dementias training, the Hospice and Palliative Care class, and you will often see her at our Monthly Educations. And she shares her golden heart by connecting with people in the community in whom she sees the qualities of a Home Instead CAREGiver and encouraging them to apply!

“Being rewarded for caring for our clients is a tremendous honor! I do what is in my heart. Home Instead Senior Care exemplifies the Christian morals that are near and dear to me. To me, as well as to our company, it is personal. Our clients are my “family” during the time that I am privileged to serve them, and I thank them for allowing me into their hearts and homes.”
